Cadbury.

Prom.

It's every girls' dream where they can dress up with the perfect make-up look, stuttering with confidence. And beside them, there will a dashing prince charming, donning a blazer, with a tiny rose in their front pocket'.

Will you have this dance with me?

17th November 2015.

The incessant chattering of girls...
'Is my hair nice'
'I bought this prom dress from Zalora like two weeks ago'
'My heels are killing me'
'Anyone has extra clips'

There, I am, wearing the classical pieced maxi dress with slit black and white dress delivered from the loyal Zalora ten days ago. Luckily, I begged dad to give me $70(its a huge sum to me back then) and some cash to purchase the prom dress.

I was there alone, quite tensed and nervous, as the anxiety from exams is still easing.
Seeing all the other school-mates having their friends with them by their side, their parents driving them to the hotel makes me so envious and jealous of why I do not have such privilege. However, looking back now, I do not regret at all, as the happiest moment is attending the prom with my best friend.

And there stood my best friend, screaming ever-so-loudly, 'you look so hot'.
